$25.00 per session
After School Care
3.30pm to 6.00pm
$45.00 per session
A late collection fee of $25.00 per 10 minutes, or part thereof, will apply for each child collected after 6.00pm.
Enrolments and Bookings
St Andrew’s School OSHC uses Xplor, an online system that manages enrolments, bookings, attendance and accounts. Families must complete an enrolment before booking OSHC sessions.
Enrol your child
Enrolment sets up your child’s profile in Xplor and only needs to be completed once.
- If your child is already enrolled in St Andrew’s Vacation Care, you do not need to submit a new enrolment form. Submitting a second enrolment will create duplicate profiles. Families in this situation may proceed directly to submitting booking requests.
- Families who are new to OSHC must complete an Xplor Enrolment Form for each child via Parent Orbit.
Once the enrolment form is submitted:
- You will receive an email invitation from Xplor, please check your inbox and junk mail.
- Follow the instructions to create your Xplor account, set a password and access your PIN.
- Download the Xplor Home parent app and log in.
Making Bookings
Bookings are how you request your child’s attendance at OSHC sessions. Booking requests can be made once your enrolment is complete.
Casual Bookings
- Log into Xplor Home on your mobile device or computer.
- Select New Booking and follow the prompts.
- Submit your request and await confirmation.

Regular ongoing bookings
Families seeking ongoing bookings on the same day each week are asked to email oshc@standrews.sa.edu.au, and our team will assist with setting this up.
